POV: HYROX humbled me real quick 😭
See you at the next station 🫡

Counting down to @hawkesbaymarathon this weekend. My first half marathon since knee surgery and I honestly can’t wait. Feeling grateful, excited, and ready to fly to New Zealand tomorrow and explore the beauty of NZ with @purenewzealand LFG! 🇳🇿

What looked like underwater sakura in Raja Ampat is actually a living coral colony 🌸
These pink “flowers” are made of thousands of tiny animals called polyps that open up to catch plankton from the ocean current. Unlike hard coral, this soft coral moves gracefully with the water, which is why it looks like cherry blossoms dancing underwater.
One healthy coral can become home for fish, shrimp, crabs, and countless marine species. Tiny ecosystem, massive role in the ocean.
Protect the reef before these underwater gardens disappear. Save this and tag someone who needs to dive Raja Ampat someday 🌊
There’s a reason why Paro Taktsang is called the Tiger’s Nest. Perched dramatically on a cliff around 3,120 meters above sea level, this sacred monastery is one of Bhutan’s most iconic landmarks and a spiritual site that has stood for centuries. Legend says Guru Rinpoche flew here on the back of a tigress to meditate in a cave, which is how this place got its name.
The hike itself takes around 2 to 4 hours depending on your pace, but every step feels rewarding. Along the trail, you’ll pass through pine forests covered with prayer flags, hear the sound of monks chanting from afar, and slowly watch the monastery appear through the clouds like something unreal.
What makes this place even more special is how Bhutan protects it. Visitors are expected to respect the silence, dress modestly, and no photos are allowed inside the monastery to preserve its sacred atmosphere.
Some places impress you.
Some places stay with you forever.
Tiger’s Nest feels like both.
Would you hike all the way up here? 🇧🇹
