the weeks before turning 37 and after have been utterly miserable for me. from getting my car broken into, license plate stolen, developing a bad allergy/hive reaction from a taco truck, and then to top it off, getting shingles around my eye with the possibility of losing vision.
so being able to climb again after a month felt almost euphoric. im still in the process of recovering, but it's nice to know that i can still almost flash a V7
had to take my glasses off for the next attempt because i was pretty much making out with the wall
