“Ghosts” 8/29/21 Live at Glick
“Ghosts” was written at Glick Drive, like most of our first EP, Never Relax. Our second EP, Crushable, and our upcoming release have all been written there, too. It’s where we had our first show, captured here.
As we move away from this iconic house where our drummer and bassist have lived for years, we’re gracefully letting go by honoring the space for what it provided us: four walls, a place to break bread, & a room of our own, where we built what is now Except You.
We’ll post one more (ish) goodbye before showing off the new Except You house. We’re so stoked for what comes next!

“Slick” @ Glick Drive, 8/29/21
We’re saying goodbye to Glick Dr., but not without fanfare. An unlikely suburban home in North Fort Myers gave shape to the gnarliest thrash punk. We’ll be paying tribute to our little slice of strange land this month with videos from our first show in the practice room at Glick. Even more commemoration to come on our next release.
The good news is Arlo, Shawn, & Pete are renting a new place together (Angela will continue to live in quiet solitude in a small cottage at the edge of the marshy woods).
