@lindslovesevents and I have been in lock-step this summer event season and today we wrapped on a beautiful corporate retreat hosted by a Vermont legend in the beauty and wellness space 💚💛
It’s been so refreshing to take a few weeks from “the hustle” and focus all of my time and attention on supporting my dear friend and event design guru. I’ve been honored to be a part of the execution over the past few years and to watch her work be celebrated in publications like Vogue, Style Me Pretty and most-recently, Brides.
There is no one more exacting and rigorous in her commitment to flawless execution and she affirms in me that desiring excellence and commanding high-quality work are non-negotiables in event planning, catering and hospitality. Lindsey reminds me that to hold yourself to above-average standards is a great quality, to work harder and smarter is not for everyone but is the ONLY way for us, and to be immensely proud of the work we deliver is deserved - we shall not apologize. We’re also hilarious, according to our cherished vendor partners who understand our very niche genre of jokes about the event industry… events, while hard, should be fun.
The future, while still unwritten, I’m sure will be a story of continued event magic and friendship - surely, growth.
In thinking about this particular day in the mountains of Stowe and reflecting on the many, many incredible stories we’ve been able to tell on behalf of our clients, I am over the moon to have had a mentor like Lindsey guide me to a place of confidence, expertise, and success in event execution and unforgettable guest experiences.
