I’ve been relatively quiet over the last few months and I have a lot of exciting changes, news, and projects that Im excited to share with all of you here in the coming months!
One of those projects; is a bit of a passion project- and quite a long time coming. So when I was approached by Cryptopathic and Fiesty DAO, an initiative whose mission is to empower creators by demonstrating the value of NFTs as a tool for monetising digital artwork- it was a no-brainer.
Some of you may be familiar with a certain meme I shot on a random Tuesday (18/9/18) in a night club that sort of blew up. It’s been a really cool ride and I’ve been approached by many people over the years, asking me to sell over all rights to this piece of my work for a couple bucks. It never quite felt like the right time, place, or fit for this particular image, which Im quite fond of and holds a fair bit of nostalgia for me. That is until Cryptopathic and Fiesty DAO opened the door to allow me to contribute to the meme economy and participate in something new and progressive.
They have facilitated the auction, helped me through the process and taught me that there is still a way for creators to be compensated fairly for their work- by providing a platform that eschews predatory practices, they aim to showcase the potential of NFTs as a means for artists to maintain control over their work.
The auction has already started and will run for 3 days where the image will be sold as a 1 of 1.

August is a pretty intense month in Edinburgh. To help with this, @johnniewalkerprincesstreet has constructed an amazing space to give people the chance to unwind and relax this fringe.
This Tropical Time Out is just a taster of what to expect at The Journey of Flavour experience and allows people to vibe off the sounds, smells and sights of the space. It’s open all of august so fire over to Victoria St and chill out in my new favourite nap spot.
