Since 2016, Elaine has been helping band leaders, independent artists, and small arts organizations access funding to bring their creative visions to life. A Lecturer in Music Business, Diversity in the Creative Industries, and Financing Creativity at BIMM University (Brighton), she also delivers masterclasses at the Royal Academy of Music and Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
As a co-founder and director of ECN Music, Elaine supports artists in developing creative projects and independently releasing their music. With a background in jazz and improvised music, she has also served as Director of the South Coast Jazz Festival, Label Manager at Whirlwind Recordings, and tour manager for landmark events.
