I donāt get out as much as I used to so when I saw 50 cm overnight I had toā¦also it happened to be the 5 year anniversary of when I fully tore my ACL, MCL, meniscus, patellar tendon, I.T band, and fractured my tibial plateau while boarding. Iām grateful I can still do it at all.
