Hey everyone!
Just wanted to announce a horror anthology feature I'm working on, "The Fairfield Collection"!
It's about an elderly man, Mr. Fairfield, who is describing the history of these otherworldly objects in his collection.
In total, there will be about 5 short films with an overarching story to connect them all. This week, we built the set and will be finishing the first short -- "SIGNAL OBSCURA", starring Keith Prince.
Please check out the page and give it a like & follow, and keep your eyes open for Behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and production stills!

It was a pleasure lighting up this set for a skincare commercial... We used the @aputure.lighting 1000c for our key to create beautiful butterfly lighting, an 80c for an eye light and two always-useful @amarancreators F22Cs to keep our backdrop nice and even.
We proudly use rags made in the USA from @thegriphouse and stands from @matthewsgrip for all of our shoots.
This is our sixth shoot with this client and we're always thrilled to work together to create something great!
Shoot us a DM over at Solaris Light & Grip for any of your professional lighting or crew needs.

From a little while back... We did this sit down interview with Kevin S. documenting his inspiring 43-year journey creating "Revenge", an awesome super-8 martial arts film he shot in the 80s.
We are thrilled to submit our short film to the 37 Hour Smodcastle Cinemas Film Festival!
Finding a boombox felt impossible and we thought all hope was lost, until a friend walked into a thrift store that donates its proceeds to animals in need. Fate stepped in and the perfect prop appeared.
Telling the story of a complex character like Alyssa Jones from Chasing Amy in just four minutes was no small feat. We wanted something different from your average 80s romance, blending love lost, ghosts, and the reality that sometimes the boy does not get the girl. Integrating the boombox into the story was a blast, and we couldn’t resist nods to the iconic Say Anything moment, though our story takes its own eerie twist.
Filming at the historic Plaza Theatre in Atlanta, built in 1939, was unforgettable. The ghost rumored to haunt the theatre turned out to be very real cameras shut off, and SSD cards quit working during our first take.
Working with our cast and crew was an absolute joy. Everyone brought their energy, talent, and heart to this overnighter, it was so much fun collaborating and watching the story come alive. This team is a Power house and stay strong through the unexpected and worked an overnighter into the wee hours of the morning. I admire each and everyone of these incredibly talented people. Just having them walk on set and join me to build art was a real honor.
Huge thanks to our incredible team:
