Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to speak on Scaling in Media and Building Visibility & Influence Through Personal Branding as a Woman at the @theinfluenceroom_ by @_divine_chidimma It was incredibly fulfilling sharing thoughts on: - building intentional personal brands, - owning our voices, - showing up consistently, - and creating impact beyond titles and social media aesthetics. One of my favorite moments was reminding the ladies that: “Your brand enters the room before you do.” Shout out to every woman in that room who listened, connected, laughed, nodded, took notes and stayed back afterward to share their stories with me. One thing about me? I’ll pour so much into people that they’ll have no choice but to reflect, apply and grow from it. At this point, I might seriously consider lecturing someday… but that’s a conversation for another day. 🙂 Conversations like this matter deeply to me because I genuinely believe that when women become visible, entire narratives change. Hopefully, more women leave rooms like this ready to stop shrinking and start showing up fully.
