Thank you to the friends and family who brought lil birthday gifts n wishes. The last couple years people have forgotten my birthday. And I’ve always had mixed feelings about it. Haven’t always felt like it’s a happy day or like it’s okay to celebrate me. But this one was truly special and I really fun night.
I always get self reflective on my birthday and usually post sum like “next year gon be different things are gonna happen”. And it’s never really worked out. I don’t know what my next year looks like. But I’m excited to see and hopefully if you’re reading this you’re a part of it in some way. Thanks again,

Met two of the goats 🐐
I’ve been a fan of Josh’s comedy since 2017. To see him get to where he is now is like watching your favourite underground rapper get into the mainstream. And I really respect how he’s stayed so grounded and humble.
I learned about Logan through The Josh Johnson Show podcast (which he cohosts and the show wouldn’t work without him). He had me laughing TOO hard at work within like 5 minutes of listening. Logan was generous enough to hangout and talk with me while Josh finished the meet and greet with was dope!
I’ve learned a lot about doing standup myself by listening to these two talk about the craft on their podcast.
Finally getting to say wassup in person was a real treat. Congrats on completing the Canadian portion of The Flowers Tour. Making 20000 people laugh and 19 sold out shows?? Crazy. One can only dream.
Moving onto bigger and better things. @itsalannafretter and I are starting a new chapter in our lives as a couple and as individuals. Lots of exciting things coming up. Some of which I cannot share yet. Couple things I CAN share:

I never got to meet. But Andrea Gibson inspired the way I write and the way I teach. Their work inspired and still inspires me and many others.
Heart goes out to their wife, friends, family. I lost a hero but they lost somebody close.
