Not only did to get to premiere my new animation #waterfall but I dropped a fresh hotdog comic in @heavymannerslibrary new magazine in collaboration with Barry McGee Healing Arts #healingarts throwback to the #paperrodeo days!!! Ties in perfectly with the poster show. SERENDIPITY BABY!!! A giant digital HUG to all that came out grabbed some schwag or just was mad they couldn’t make it. LASTLY to the superhero of baking, #1 tortoiseshell cat lover, and all around rock n roll queen endless thanks to @ameliaaahh

Thanks to everybody who came out to the premiere screening of my new animation “Waterfall” and 20 year retrospective that followed!? A special massive thanks to @heavymannerslibrary for hosting the event and poster show in their gallery! Btw the show will be running until May 10th!! For those that missed the screening there will be a monitor in the gallery with a similar sequence of animations looping for your viewing pleasure! Finally to my second half who does at least half the work on everything I do!! I LOVE YOU MIKA!!
To get into the spirit of the silkscreen poster exhibition we screened 50 posters and 20 Tshirts for the event! UPDATE: The April 16th screening is the BIG ONE! Please come out and see the world premiere of my film Waterfall! I was informed that the additional screenings will only happen if there is a decent turnout on the opening night. If so, Waterfall will open each additional night but I am planning to show different stuff in each program. For the 2nd screening it’s gonna be all my music videos, and the 3rd screening will be a rare showing of DADARHEA. A video anthology curated by myself and Jim Drain. I hope these additional nights can happen!! AND The gallery will be open before and after the screening so you can see my rock poster collection too!
