We're bringing the A&D community together for a full day dedicated to one of the most critical conversations in the built environment right now - sustainability ♻️.

What a fantastic lunch and learn that was!
"Workplace Melting Pot: A Recipe for Vibrancy and Belonging", was such a vital discussion.
Some key takeaways we got:
✔️Belonging starts with alignment between personal and organisational values.
✔️The workplace sector must look beyond its own conventions for inspiration.
✔️Culture is the true brief - design must serve it, not the other way around.
✔️Good design actively supports psychological wellbeing and belonging.

Chef Darren's "Cooking for Calm" was incredibly insightful workshop on Tuesday!
It was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone and we learned a huge amount. We will definitely be hosting more workshops like this at @ilsalottoglasgow lotto so keep an eye out!
