I’ve been experiencing a lot of mental spirals lately and I noticed how much it affects my self belief.
Listening back to the Model Behavior panel @destineesargeant curated at @narratentstudios , I’m grateful this moment was captured because I needed to be reminded on pulling my self out of my inner jail & hell yet again.
If don’t no one believe in me, I believe in me! And most times that passion causes me to be a perfectionist which leads to me being overly hard on myself.
