The third issue of "The Amazon Worker" is out now and contains 5 articles from Amazon Labor Unions across the world. It features Sultana Hussain, Oscar Jover, Ian Rivero, Nitesh Kumar Das and Jonathan Rosenblum. They've covered important updates from the worldwide Amazon Labor movement and talked about several successful negotiations. Amazon Workers International is a global network of Amazon employees advocating for workers' rights in the company's network. I got to play a small role in this issue by illustrating the cover! This was very special for me to work on, and we aimed to display the strength and power of workers unions! The idea was to depict a diverse collective of workers standing in power on Amazon boxes as a sign of protest, demanding better working conditions and pay. Workers continue to fight against oppressive systems across the world and it's crucial to be documented. These stories need to heard by fellow workers and by the rest of the world.
