Losing seasons, multiple head coaches every year, lack of belief in them by adults who didnt know ball..They never quit, They were there to finish a mission.. (Special shout out to MLB @adamkarchmer )
I've Been a leader of young men for 20 years. These are 3 of the many kids that helped define me as a coach. I am extremely proud of them getting so much recognition as seniors. (Also all made the 2025 All star game)
As proud as I can be of them as football players, it will NEVER equate to the type of people they are off the field.
Nathan Swinson - spends all his time grinding for the next accomplishment while serving his community. And managed to make soo many kids around him feel welcomed along the way. A true leader. Changing lives of kids who looked up to him, yet he will never ask for a thank you. A young man who fits in any room. Confidently.
Erik Koron - We called him 7-11... always open. Had an offense elevated based on his skillset and ability. Pushed his teammates to be better every single day. Accepts competition from anywhere, never scared. Took every moment of disrespect and responded with a calm head, focus and execution. Only to make all his doubters shut up real quick (you know who you are). True DOG.
Wesley Parvizi - Definition of growth. A 3-year Varsity guy who found a different part of himself to elevate each year of high school. Took the obstacles as opportunity for growth. And dedicated his year to developing as a leader. In 4 years he accomplished every goal he set out to achieve. Year by year. Brick by brick. He worked to be everything he is. And to be clear, He is NOT done being great.

What a honor to be their head coach. What a week to be around these all stars. These kids allowed me to lead and trusted the vision. Some of the greatest young men I've ever met. Been in the game coaching since 2004...
After being at every youth, high school & all-star game. My mama has not had the opportunity to see me coach.
During pre-game at our matchup, I heard a voice in the crowd. Yelling at "Coach Randolph" . It was my mama, who flew in from across the country to surprise me.
I couldn't help but run to her like I was a kid again. It was the best surprise. And to top it off, she witnessed a 40-18 win. My boys put on a show.
A core memory was created. And my Big Sister @deartish was there to capture the images. Shout out to big bro @ldub1775 for making it a family event. Only thing better than a Win over a league team, is a win that your loved ones witness... @tafthsfootball@cissitaylor
