Àkàrà-Lite is what my younger one called this. This breakfast recipe goes for everyone, especially people with heart related conditions whose major concern is reducing cholesterol. #breakfastideas #easyrecipes #foodlovers #urfavouritekitchengirlie

One thing being a chef has taught me is ingredient familiarity. Understanding what I’m cooking with starts from sourcing, long before the pot hits the fire. #chef #culinary #food

Next time you want to blame a seasoning brand for the poor taste and texture of your meat, consider these things first. #flavourfulprotein

Meat aging is not commonly practiced in Nigeria, and that’s one reason why many of our proteins feel tough and require longer cooking times. When meat isn’t properly rested or aged, the muscle fibers are still tight. So we overcook not because we want to but because we have to. Understanding meat = better texture, better taste, less stress in the kitchen. Cooking is science, not just vibes 🍖✨#foodtips #healthyproteins
