What an amazing trip. It's hard to put into words. I couldn't ask for a better excuse to be in London---- and for the first time. @raindancefilmfestival was everything we wanted it to be and then some. I am truly blessed to have been joined with trusty accomplice and one of my closest friends @esselboy . Along the way we made a slew of new friends and colleagues and reveled in the excitement, swapped stories and showed our industry scars. It was a time and it will surely make the memoir. Winter’s Tale at Benny Boy Brewing earlier this month was my first @backroomshakesla since becoming a stakeholder last year. Shoutout to my fellow crew members @katherinebournetaylor and @megara_irl ! This particular show was an undertaking as it is a difficult play and we were in a new venue where we’d never performed and they were kind enough to take a chance on us. Thank you @bennyboybrewing !! Your staff and your hospitality made this show. 150+ ppl in a bar! The night was electric and the responses were off the charts.

The last time I did a play was fall of 2019. Was slated to do another in the Spring of 2020, but ….. alas. Covid ushered in the end of my Chicago years and thus the LA journey began. Walking into a rehearsal room for the first time in 6 years brought back a feeling that I felt was associated with a different life, but one I missed on a daily basis.
I couldn’t be more excited to buckle down and work on this play opposite @carolinarodriguezfilm written by Stephen Fife @ruskingroupthtr directed by @mikereilly20 and cast by the wonderful @vichoffmanla

In an effort to raise money for my production company with Tyler Esselman @esselboy newly named There There Group (check us out @theretheregroup ) taken from the phrase "There is a 'there there'" or ---there isn't. Coined by the late Gertrude Stein. I came up with the idea for a wrestling show with all Shakespeare characters.
This wouldnt have happened if I hadnt been constantly returning to Shakespeare out of obsession and his mysteries, but most importantly because I live with @thehebrewstrawberry the man behind @rawrcomedy who also has a deep relationship to the Bard.
I was then doubly in luck when I discovered @armagoetten was a fanatic of both and ready to to jump full force into what we quickly discovered was an untapped opportunity.
To stage in Antonio Brunetti's @antonionionionionionio Winery & Theatre aka @flowers_cheese aka The Switzerland (the Theatre) was the final piece. Helping Antonio realize a dream of his hard work making amazing wine and years of being in the theatre rollee into one space brought me a ton of joy and heavy lifting, literally, of preparing the space for a Wrestling match over the course of a month felt good. It was hands dirty work.
Here's to bringing this show back in the New Year. Bigger & Better!

We're teaming up with @midcardcomedy 's RAWr (Really Awesome Wrestling) to bring you a one of a kind performance combining LA's hottest rising Comedians, Trained Thespians, and Semi-Pros to birth a lovechild between Masterpiece Theater and Pro Wrestling. We'll be joined by Guam's Finest BBQ Island Smoke N Grill @islandsmokengrill and opening up the dance floor till the wee wee hours with DJ @al_lover !
Tickets are $15 (includes 1 F&C glass of wine) and all proceeds go to There There Group's production of Macbeth which will be a part of the 2026 Hollywood Fringe Festival!!
Congrats to the cast and crew of @jump_scare_movie_2025 which premieres tonight @filmquest !! This was my first feature film role and such a cool project to be my first. I've waited a couple years now to share these. A feel a weight lifted lol. I also have the cast photo hanging in the kitchen just like Dale probably would bc he's a dork. Love you guys!!! Break legs tonight!!
