Feels like it’s time to introduce myself. So hi, I’m Elaine, founder of Casa Lélé.
I’m someone who loves to be comfortable, especially at home, but I also want to be surrounded by and enveloped in beauty. That’s why I created Casa Lélé, out of the desire for something to wear that’s luxurious and beatiful; perhaps just for yourself at home, perhaps hosting friends, perhaps for an evening out. But in any case, why not wear something beautiful?
For me, that’s what dressing for yourself means - wearing something beautiful, even if no one else will see you.
Not for a reason. Not for an occasion. Just because you’re at home, in your own space.
I think it’s true that what you wear can shift something. Your energy. Your mindset. The way you move through a moment.
There’s a reason people across cultures wear specific garments for rituals. It marks something as intentional. As important.
I try to bring that into everyday life. To romanticise even the smallest moments.
Even something like cleaning the house, with a bit of 60s Italian music playing, suddenly you’re the star - in the movie of your life.
A simple moment. A glass of wine. A meal at home.
My hope is that you to show up for it, just a little differently.

The muse has been part of Casa Lélé from the very beginning, even before the brand had a name.
No matter your belief system, the muse is a form of inspiration. A connection to something bigger than ourselves. Something that brings the spark of an idea, or allows you to see beauty where you may not have before.
To be touched by that feels rare. Sometimes it’s quiet, sometimes it’s so loud I can’t sleep. I have to get up and write everything down.
In the early stages, I was sitting in a laundromat waiting for my towels to dry, listening to music. I had been thinking about the brand, and suddenly it came to me, very clearly:
Be your own muse.
That stayed. And it became the foundation.
The icon is a way of honouring that idea. A reminder to embody that inspired energy in the way you dress, move, and live.
