It took me a while to get the name right, but this one stuck: CASA ELLA. Ella represents me; it is a part of my name and honors my path to get to this point. It also means her in Spanish; someone else is saying it; it is not me. I am welcoming people into a representation of my home. It reflects the community that has stood behind me, honoring all the women who came before me who have given me this love of service. A “Casa” is a home, and Casa Ella welcomes the community into a place that should feel like a second home.
Don Alfonso’s coffee shines beautifully as both espresso and pour over.
Sweet, comforting, and made for slow mornings and shared conversations.
Available now for delivery, shipping, or pickup at Fremont Sunday Market.
Every online order includes a small “gift a sip” from the Bayter Brothers coffee to share with someone you love. If you post your cup, tag @casaella so we can see where the coffee ends up 🤍

Casa Ella would not exist without my mom.
She’s the reason I notice beauty in small details, dream a little bigger, and keep creating. A lover of flowers and all things beautiful, full of whimsical ideas, endless creativity, and somehow able to pull all of us into her pink world of cotton candy clouds.
The name Casa Ella was inspired by her and by the women in my family who shaped the way I see beauty, hospitality, and care.
Thank you for always being my biggest fan.
Happy Mother’s Day ❤️
Roasted today. Don Alfonso’s coffee is back.
Grown by Alfonso Carvajal at Finca El Pencil in Calarcá, Colombia — coffee he tends as his life’s work, not just a harvest. Carefully picked, processed, and brought here to be roasted.
$23 per bag.

This is where it starts
Presale is open.
Picked by hand in Quindío by Don Alfonso.
Caramel, orange, and chocolate in the cup—built for espresso and pour over.
Roasting April 22.
DM me how many bags you want.
Mid morning tinto.
From my time at the farm in November
lunch came slowly
ajiaco, fried meat, potatoes, rice,
milk from the morning.
Agua panela and mandarins after.
And always, coffee on the side.
Coffee moves with daily life here,
not separate from it.

We don’t think of coffee as a product.
It’s the result of people, time, and decisions
long before it reaches us.
From the hands that sort it
to the pace at which it’s dried,
nothing here is rushed.
Our role is simple
to carry that work forward, without losing what makes it matter.
We’ll be at @fremontsundaymarket this weekend. #casaella #colombiancoffee #specialtycoffee #seattlecoffee #fremontsundaymarket
Yesterday @stonewayauto felt really special. Sharing these coffees in person and seeing people connect to them meant a lot.
Don Alfonso made his debut alongside Bayter Brothers decaf. Even the angels wanted a share.
Both coffees are now live on casaella.co

Thank you to everyone who helped me build Casa Ella this year.
To the farmers, friends, mentors, collaborators, and every person who bought a bag, shared a tinto, or told someone about us, I’m so grateful. You turned a small idea into real shared moments.
Can’t wait to share more in 2026. What would you love to see next?

Two farms. Three expressions.
We visited the farms, walked the land, and brought this trio home to share. Link in bio

Busy weekend of SixDegrees events kicked off with an Arepas and Colombian Coffee cooking class! 👨🍳👩🍳☕️
Thank you Daniela and @_casaella for helping us put this all together! 🙏
Making friends is a whole lot easier when we can laugh over cooking fiascos together :)
