Locking up Oleita for one last time… C2 officially signing out and the keys are ready to be handed over 🏡✨
What a journey this house has been. The stress, the highs, the delays, the endless decisions… but somehow it all became part of the story. And now, the final chapter is officially finished.
It’s bittersweet walking out that door for the last time, but we’re so excited for the new owners to start their own memories there. We truly hope they love living in Oleita 🤍
Finally… Oleita is SOLD
PRD secured an offer at the very first open house back in Jan, but we trusted the process and decided to hold out. Hindsight is a wonderful thing — we probably should have jumped then! 😅
With all the uncertainty in the world lately, we honestly couldn’t be happier that our first build finally sold. It’s been a rollercoaster behind the scenes, and we’ve been a little quiet while navigating the stress, the lows, and the frustration of not being able to lock in future plans.
But today feels like a huge sigh of relief… and a fresh chapter ahead. 🥂

Presenting an unfinished home was honestly heartbreaking — especially knowing the level of finishes this high-end build deserved.
But… it’s finally complete. And some very big lessons learnt.
