Basically the ONLY ingredients I had (I don’t even have cake flour or sugar 😂) consisted of some food items from @dischem_foods and I ain’t even mad about it 💅 this came out so well! 🥹
Okay week 2 update! Hoping to have 16 episodes of this little series 🫶 the same way I usually encourage a new client to give me a minimum of 4 months before they see the change they want to see
This week we have changed the goals slightly:
- 2l of water (not capped to 2pm anymore 😝 because I have the habit down now)
- 10k steps remain as is 🫶
- 1 treat a day OR LESS (the addition of “or less”) 😅😂 because I’d like to slowly phase this out to rather it being an occasional thing I do, not a daily “necessity”
- 4x strength sessions and my sessions are now STRUCTURED 📊
- add on of: tracking my calories 🥲
This week I didn’t lose weight. I gained 800g. I’m not super upset, I am on my period (which is heavy) and I don’t know how many calories I consumed over the past week, which could mean I’ve been in a bit of a surplus. Who knows. Not us, because we don’t have data to work off of. But let’s not forget that last week all we were trying to do was just make better food choices, and even with a scale increase, we achieved that!! ✅
