@_bryan_black_ and I have something in common - we don’t mess around with doubters or naysayers. Just one doubter can bring down your whole circle, or the culture of a team - no one needs that negativity. Cut them out, surround yourself with people who believe you’re capable of something greater.
Don’t mistake this advice for creating an echo chamber or “yes” people. You’ll always need people to help you keep your head on straight, but that doesn’t mean they deter you from pursuing a goal or becoming a little better than yesterday.
