One year ago, Bloom Boards launched with a simple belief:
Food should be an experience, not just a meal.
What started as a passion for design-forward entertaining is beginning to grow into the big dream I had for Bloom Boards.
In our first year we’ve had the honor of:
• Serving 3,500+ guests
• Catering 70+ events across Los Angeles
• Supporting 10+ local farms and producers
• Growing a team of 6 incredible members
• Creating grazing experiences everywhere from mountaintops and rooftop pools to private estates and backyard celebrations
• Using 700+ pounds of cheese to build boards worth remembering
From our very first event for 120 guests in Venice Beach to working with clients like Hulu, Netflix, Nike, Activision, Hallmark, and the City of Santa Monica, this year has taken us to some incredible places.
Along the way, our Bloom Bar started circulating online — bringing viral moments and connecting us with clients we may have never otherwise found.
Today, 90% of our growth has come from word of mouth, which is the most meaningful kind of support a business can receive.
To my family, team, clients, and everyone who has supported Bloom Boards — thank you for believing in this vision.

Our first bagel bar was absolutely incredible — we have to do more of these. 🥯✨
Guests could choose from three curated menu bagels or go full BYOB (build your own bagel). One of the standouts was our Strawberry Fields bagel:
A @popsbagelsla plain bagel layered with their delicious strawberry cream cheese, fresh organic strawberries, crushed pistachios, a honey drizzle, and a dusting of dried rose.
(Also available with a balsamic glaze swap — equally dreamy.)

2025, I chose to make it happen.
No more waiting for the perfect moment—deciding that this was, and still is, the perfect moment.
I’m so proud of everything this business has bloomed into over the past year. From purchasing the LLC as a birthday gift to myself in March, to launching the custom-built Bloom Bar I designed in July as a one-woman show with very limited resources, to closing out the year with nearly 50 events across LA.
This is your reminder: you don’t need everything figured out to begin. You just need the courage to start, the discipline to keep going, and the faith to believe it will work out.
I’m deeply grateful for every client, every share, every referral, every team member, every message of encouragement, and every person who believed in Bloom Boards—thank you for being part of this journey.
