Wir lieben bekanntermaßen Musikgenres abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade; somit sind BLISSPOINT mit ihren Selbstbeschreibenden Begriffen wie Slamgaze, Post-Vape, Synthcore natürlich offene Türen bei uns eingerannt :) Ein Shoegaze-Einfluss wurde da vergessen, aber halb so schlimm und dafür doppelt so wild ist ihre Live-Performance. Durch die Verbindung des schneidend-verträumten Sounds klassischen Shoegaze, der harten und mitreißenden Klanglandschaften des Industrial und der treibenden Pop-Elemente des New Wave erschafft die Gruppe ein eigenes klangliches Universum. Wenn Crystal Castles, My Bloody Valentine und Death’s Dynamic Shroud in einem schwarzen Loch kollidieren würden, könnte es in etwa wie Blisspoint klingen.

Da wo der Wind pfeift und die Existenz als persönliches Verließ nass und eisig kalt erscheint, da ist Kerker. Im Grenzgebiet zwischen Hyperpop, Emo und Rap bewegt sich die nichtbinäre Künstler*in seit 2023 in der Deutschen Musiklandschaft. Mit einer unverhohlenen Ehrlichkeit schreit und flüstert Kerker gleichermaßen Gedanken aus der unfreiwilligen Isolation und der Stadt dahinter heraus. Düster und morbid, aber auch zart und hoffnungsvoll widmet Kerker Gedanken über Angst, Tod und Liebe ihren Platz.
