The wait is over, and the day has finally come. Post-Dreamcon, I committed to competing in a bodybuilding competition this summer. Why? People weren’t hearing me when I said I was fit. I made a promise in October to take care of my body, but promise isn’t enough; actions are what matter. After my cruise in February, it was clear I needed to level up. I revamped my workout routine and diet, and it still wasn’t enough. I knew I had to go all in. Credit to my coach, my dad @b.e._col and my fitness friends @serenity.starr.athletics , @no_cantstop , and @alexdj_fit for the motivation. This journey has been a lesson in discipline and sacrifice. The easy part is the salads; the hard part is sticking to it during weddings, vacations, or cruises. If I say I’ll do something, I will‼️🗣️.
