Finally posting the photos of the finished shoes, my first pair of handmade welted boots. These were definitely a marathon to make. I’m eager to iterate and make a much better pair soon, although these turned out way better than I ever could have imagined.

Stool inspired by the song “I’m transmitting tonight” by Tim Hecker
The net is all hand knotted and is meant to symbolize a radio transmission breaking down into static like in the song. I wanted the visual language of the stool to look a bit like a ship.
