Lately, Iāve been sitting with a lot of complicated emotions.
It feels like Iām starting overā¦With my brand, my business, even my confidence after being emotionally and physically away for a while.
I feel rusty. Out of place. Like I donāt fully know what Iām doing again.
So Iāve been learning to reassure myself instead of panicking.
I remind myself that struggling doesnāt mean failing.
That floundering is part of rebuilding.
That using muscles you havenāt used in a while will feel uncomfortable at first.
But with practice, clarity comes back.
With consistency, confidence returns.
If youāre coming back to something you once loved and it feels harder than you expected, breathe. You havenāt lost it.
Youāre just warming up again.
Iām trusting the process this time. And I hope you give yourself that grace too.
