As a fitness entrepreneur, community leader, and CEO of Beast Mode Fitness Studio & Café, my mission has always been to transform lives through health, wellness, and empowerment—helping others turn “I Can” into “I Did.”
With over five years as a certified Xtreme Hip-Hop instructor, I’ve had the opportunity to partner with gyms and organizations across Columbus to make fitness accessible, high-energy, and empowering for all levels.
Beyond fitness, I’m a college-educated entrepreneur, podcast host, and project management professional with over a decade of leadership experience managing multi-million dollar initiatives. I’ve combined my corporate expertise with my passion for wellness to create programs that inspire real, lasting lifestyle change.
Most importantly, I’m a proud boy mom and a woman deeply committed to giving back—through mentorship, empowerment, and community impact.
