Thank you, 2025, for being a year of pain, but also a year of transformation. You pushed me out of my comfort zones and challenged my limits, teaching me lessons I didn’t know I needed. I’m grateful for the memories I’ve made, the opportunities I’ve seized, and the strength I’ve discovered within myself.
May 2026 be a year of continual growth, self-discovery, and improvement, as I learn to embrace it fully, with courage and an open heart.
I’m excited to finally share the trailer for my second short film of 2026 — The Last Loop.
As I mentioned previously, this year I wanted to challenge myself by exploring different genres and storytelling styles as a filmmaker. This project became a deeply personal exploration of memory, emotion, and human connection through a more futuristic lens.
A story about memory, time, and the moments we cannot let go of.
I wrote, directed, and acted in this short film, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who helped bring this vision to life.
A special thank you to @benjaminjosiahtan my male lead for this short film, thank you for always giving your best. I truly can’t wait for everyone to see the work we created together.
To my dearest @_bearbearchan my DP, thank you for bringing this story to life so beautifully through your lens and vision.
Thank you @antoine_viterale for your support and for letting me use @the.vortex.space for my short film.
And to @tochi.lyn thank you for all your help throughout the filming of this project.
The Last Loop will be out on 26th May!
I’m 27 and I’m not ashamed to admit that…
1. I’m still figuring life out while everyone else seems ahead
2. My spending gets out of control and I live month to month
3. I feel everything deeply, so I cry easily
4. I still live under my parents’ roof with rules that don’t match my age
5. I dream big but hesitate when it’s time to act
6. I feel stuck between growing up and staying safe
7. Some days, I just want to disappear
8. I’ve been single for years
9. It’s exhausting being the only child of the family
10. I don’t have a degree
11. The future feels exciting, but also overwhelming
12. And I’m still learning how to be brave enough to go after what I want
