Ember by Azure is entering an exciting phase of construction, with the 74-terrace community progressing well from framing and roofing through to internal finishes and early landscaping.
Concrete driveways are nearly complete across the site, with 70 of 74 terraces done. The most advanced homes have completed plasterboard, stair installation, and internal services, with painting now underway both internally and externally. Mid-site terraces are progressing through plumbing, electrical and mechanical rough-in, while the remaining terraces are advancing through roofing and framing. Early landscaping is approximately halfway complete across the first 42 terraces.
Looking ahead, communal area works, including services and building structures, are scheduled for this month.

Across the 152 terraces currently under construction, works are advancing in parallel, from early-stage slabs and framing through to roofing, rendering, and internal fit-outs. Several residences are now entering their final stages, with external painting nearing completion and interiors taking shape.
At the centre of the community, the communal facility is emerging, with the slab complete and structural works underway. Civil works across the site are now approximately 95% complete, including key entry statements, boundary fencing, and surrounding road upgrades.
