Recently, we welcomed the Abloh Air Flight 001 cohort into our store for a hands-on styling and photography workshop as part of the Youth Impact Partnership between the Virgil Abloh Foundation and UW-Madison.
The @virgilabloh___foundation stopped by, engaging in conversations around the future of the shop and sharing thoughtful perspectives on the current state of fashion.
It was an honor to host them, and we’re excited for what’s ahead for the students in the program.

For May, August Art Collective presents AAC :: 028, featuring the architectural LEGO works of Aaron Williams ( @aw_legoarchitecture ).
Aaron’s work explores the intersection of precision and play, using LEGO as a medium to recreate and enhance the experience of everyday architecture. Based in Wisconsin, his work ranges from iconic local cabins to intricate storefronts, transforming thousands of bricks into soulful, minimalist studies of form and space.
“To enhance the experience of the everyday is my motivation,” Williams says of his process. By stripping structures down to their essential geometry, he invites us to look closer at the environments we often take for granted.
Join us Friday, May 30th, from 6 to 8 PM for the closing reception. Meet the artist, explore the installation, and see these modular masterpieces in person.
