Struggling with these 3 painful physical, emotional and energetic restrictions? • injuries that keep flaring up or have become chronic pain issues • emotional spirals draining your body’s energy and slowing healing • depleting ways of seeing your life that feel like reality but are actually just familiar delusions I’ve got you covered. I created a system of Five Holistic Pillars to restructure your body, energy and emotional process — allowing old patterns to fall away while you build new ones. 1. Awareness: Where is my attention? 2. Repetition: What am I reinforcing? 3. Structure: How am I organising? 4. Alchemy: What effect am I creating? 5. Enrichment: What do I need to add / remove? We learn these pillars physically — to give you a direct, tangible, experiential sense of what they are. Then you apply them to improve other areas of your life. The grounded, somatic, tangible emphasis removes the core issues you’ve probably struggled with a fair bit: 🧠 over-intellectualising, over-complicating + trying to “mindset” your way to change, while the deeper layers stay stuck 😡 forcing yourself through pain, fear or resistance while your nervous system is deregulated and not in any state to embrace change 🕵🏼 mistakenly fixating on finding the “root cause” (great for marketing, bad for you) when there is never only one — it’s always a dynamic system I get it. I’ve thoroughly tried all of these too. This is why I teach a holistic system, born through 15 years of short term immersion in various fields (usually 2-5 year phases) Becoming it > reading about it Moving through it > circling the concepts I was an athlete (soccer, cycling, rugby, oly weightlifting), CrossFit coach, PT, yoga + meditation teacher, philosophy student and rehab/movement therapist… and in these human-centred roles, I saw that the 5 Holistic Pillars made change easier. But those were my extra-curriculars. The real skill + soul growth is built amidst chaos, right? Family deaths. Wanting to die. Getting injured and living in pain. Relationships gone wrong. Softer. Stronger. Info only goes so far. For real growth, we need each other. So if you’re ready, let’s walk.

Until you learn and flex the integrity muscle, you’ll need to constantly regulate, regulate, regulate. Don’t worry, most of us are learning — we weren’t all modelled integrity — but the better you get, the safer you’ll feel in yourself. Do these sound familiar? * RESENTMENT. You’re lighting fires every time you say something you don’t quite mean or don’t say something you know you need to. * FAÇADES. You’re depriving us of the opportunity to love you or leave you for the right reasons: your authenticity and loyalty to your values. * STAGNATION (surge / crash). You’re rushing then delaying your growth because you’ve unintentionally invested your faith in doubting rather than creating. You expect to fail. * SPIRALLING. You’re exhausting yourself trying to understand and analyse your upsets rather than allowing the feelings to rise and fall. * IDENTIFICATION: You’re not willing to be wrong about who you are, in order to realise that you’re more than your fears and limited expectations. Living in integrity involves radical self-acceptance without ANY passive resignation to the tendencies draining your energy. Caption continued in comments 👇🏼

It feels so good to finish training and feel calm, relaxed and AWAKE, while also knowing I’m getting stronger. So in this video I teach you a healing approach to training so you can move more effortlessly, reduce pain and dissolve stiffness. See, for many years I was fighting myself by holding tension that was unnecessary. Repressed emotion. Using training to numb and dissociate from a life that hurt. So I was locked in striving, but not from a place of joy so much as through fear of what I’d feel if I stopped. And my body paid. But I learnt a beautiful lesson that was worth all of it ❤️‍🔥 Yang is about DOING. He speaks directly: “get it done.” This is the outward model. Performance. Linearity. Tension. Yin is about UNDOING. She speaks cryptically: “who is doing?” This is the inward model. Surrender. Undulation. Dissipation. What we truly crave is to experience both at once — YinYang. And the richness of life exists neither in one nor the other, but rather in the space between the two. We need contrast, integration and balance over time. Stress is good. So is being a happy sloth. What’s important isn’t the peak of your performance, nor the depth of your relaxation… What matters is: Does you have RANGE? Can your nervous system change modes? Can you be who you need to be right now… and now, and how about now? Life is changing in each moment and when you get stuck in thinking and affix yourself to one way of being, thinking it’s the only way, you slowly die as live marches onwards into newness and adaptability! I sat down with Jack White (@_attuned ), and we unpacked how psychological patterns show up in the body, and why creating space in the body creates space in the psyche. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Jack is a coach working at the intersection of elite performance, embodiment, and human behaviour, supporting high-performers who know how to push their bodies, but haven’t yet learned how to listen. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ With over 15 years in elite sport, movement, and somatic coaching, his work centres on developing strength with sensitivity, shifting from forcing results, to integrating deep attunement. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Listen now on all streaming platforms. If your body feels like shit when you move… and gets worse, the more you work on it… It’s a nervous system issue, not a “training” issue. Here’s the diagnosis: You’re living like you’ve got a fucking rod up your arse. Relax and have some fun. You’ll make more gains. You’ll move wayyyy better. Put on some music, take some time to move, and figure some things out. Explore your body. Stretch in the sun, or in your thermals if you live in fucking Melbourne. When movement becomes just another opportunity to traumatise yourself with stress and the idea that you aren’t enough, you’ll move worse. When it’s an outlet, and a way to connect with aliveness? Hooo mama, you’re on to something. It finna rain gains, bruh 💦🔫

Relaxed attentiveness. Train it and aliveness will find you. It feels like wakeful rest. Doing without labouring twice (at times we labour both action and thought when only the action is needed). This is what I’ve learnt from every good teacher. It’s been present in every practice I’ve had which has flourished, and whenever something isn’t working, it’s because this quality of attention has been absent. Though it’s easy the blame the thing, or myself.

If your body language says “I don’t trust my ability” Then even if you’re highly competent, you can be perceived as a less trustworthy and valuable team member. If this is happening to you — the answer is INTERNAL COHERENCE. People can sniff out a person who doesn’t trust themselves. They can see the subtle signs in your body language. The solution is not a mindset shift. It’s a trained KNOWING that you’ve got your own back, under stress and high pressure. People will test you. Colleagues. Bosses. Team coaches. It might not seem fair or kind, but they want to see you’re just as skilled and coherent when things aren’t going to plan, as when they are. A solid leader stays anchored in their body when things go south. They can feel intensity freely without reacting. And you can BUILD this unshakeable quality. Not by avoiding stress or conflict but by actively building a relationship with it, and using it as a training ground to come back to your body. Learn to saturate your tissues with awareness: breath, spine, voice, heart, hands and feet. Train to become strong. Relaxed. Sensitive. Observe your default psychology. Notice the way certain thoughts and behaviours piggy-back on certain emotions — or more precisely, notice how the emotions you resist are at the root of your compulsions and overcompensations. And then use PHYSICAL training as a window into this awareness, as well as an avenue to master stress. A situation only controls you if it controls your reactions to the sensations arising in your body. ——— Learn more about 1:1 work with me via the link in my bio. The way you manage stress will either BUILD or DESTROY: — your body — your relationships — the fulfilment in the pursuit of your dream And if you’re always using movement to get rid of stress… then I know for a fact you’re unskilled. Because the big dogs all know that it’s RELATING to and MEETING stress skilfully that builds us. Your entire life is underpinned by stress. Too much. Not enough. Oscillations between the two. The waves won’t stop. You have to learn to surf — and this means developing the skills and body awareness to modulate your stress levels in real time. Own your physiological responses and you own your life. Run and react and avoid and that’ll be your story. This is an art. Master it. 🙏🏼 —— 1:1 Integrative Assessment — 90 Mins to cover the core pillars of your physiological stress tolerance to identify exactly what you need to work on to feel free in your own body while life throws you curveballs Book via bio.

Time bending. Sounds cool in theory. But the theory is nothing — and the experience is everything, and it’s the daily practical application (training) of these principles that creates a different lived experience. You can open up the space within the time you have so that time becomes less and less relevant in your wellbeing. It’s a process of improving neurological signalling. Full video on this will be on my YouTube.
