The master suite in LOLA ONE is an ode to all things serene and subtle. The entrance into the wing is met with his and her custom alcoves with Metalcoate fluted glass doors and inbuilt LED lights.

A visual masterpiece, the round skylight above the curved staircase is a true testament to the skill of our trades and the passion we have for delivering exquisite finishes. The soft curve in the plaster work on the edge of the opening has been captured beautifully. Stay tuned for a close up video of this amazing feature.

The staircase at LOLA is truly a statement moment. Beautifully crafted and clad in Woodcut flooring with a custom made hand-rail in a Bronze Graphite Metalcote. The softness of the curved stair follows the flow of the subtle curves throughout the homes.

A welcome entrance.
The entrances of LOLA ONE & TWO are a masterful nod to the subtlety in material refinement and creativity. The entrance is generously spacious, designed so each townhouse feels like a standalone residence. Complete with soft curved hidden joinery clad in Venetian plaster that flows up the staircase bringing texture and warmth. A custom-curved timber staircase draws you up to the stunning skylight allowing natural light to flood the space with an inviting ambience (reel coming soon)

We designed, fabricated and customised the front door to be a design moment. Following the exquisite curve of the exterior the front door seamlessly integrates in the façade. A custom full height Metalcote handle was designed and made in-house, with a sleek finger-pull operation. A large window sits flush and full height continuing the flow but also allowing light to filter into the home.
The door is also run on a full home automation system allowing a keyless entry.

The entrance of our LOLA townhouses are a grand gesture and provide a taste of what can be expected from the rest of the homes. Grounded with a neutral palette and an abundance of light the refined details have been planned and executed beautifully.
Details include a custom-made front door with full height pivot system, rich English Walnut battens and Turco Argento limestone tiles.

A mastery in design & execution. You can see the level of craftsmanship that has been thoughtfully planned and executed in the façade of LOLA. Huge picture windows with in built Evaya mechanical blinds offer a stunning visual but also increase thermal performance and privacy. English Walnut battens clad the lower facade following the soft curves that lead you into the entry and continue over the 3M full height custom-built front door.
