As we wandered through the jungle in our single file line, Eva asked Alberto ‘what’s the safest position in the line?’ His response:
‘The first in line gets bitten by the snake, the last gets eaten by a jaguar, and the one in the middle is killed by a falling branch’

The Cholita Escaladoras are a group of Aymara women who are reclaiming their culture, hiking & climbing in the Bolivian Andes wearing their traditional polleras. It was a dream to share the mountains with these ladies!

We’d love to provide the opportunity to shadow @joshmonie and @_amywarren in the production & post-production stages of our new film following Assynt Mountain Rescue Team. It’s a chance to see firsthand what goes into producing and editing a documentary, ask questions, and find out how our process works.
