i wrote this song a year ago when i was going through a weird phase of not wanting to spend time with myself/be alone. It was scary and i couldn't stand my own presence. Wasn't sure if and when i'd release this tbh. Putting this out a year later (ironically) feels like the right time when all i've been doing is spending time with myself in an entirely new country. It isn't so awful anymore. I hope it resonates with someone one way or another (no matter how you interpret it). Blah blah - here's a piece of me to you.
