It’s been an honor just getting to watch him train over the past couple of years. Then bringing Dexter back to where he was conceived and seeing Christoph work him made it even more special. Job Description:
We are currently seeking a full-time Kennel Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with dogs and is dedicated to maintaining a clean and positive environment for both the animals and their owners.
Key Responsibilities: • Feeding and caring for dogs in our facility • Bathing dogs as needed • Cleaning kennels, crates, and play areas • Supervising and playing with daycare and boarding dogs • Assisting with general facility upkeep
Requirements: • A genuine love for dogs and a passion for animal care • Ability to work in a physically active environment (lifting, bending, walking dogs, etc.) • Reliability and strong attention to detail • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team • Prior experience in animal care is a plus, but not required

After a 6 month break from formal obedience and bitework due to Dexter’s injury, we’ve received the green light to gradually return to training. As we ease back into it, we’re looking for fitness and rehab programs to ensure Dexter’s success and recovery. I’m looking for recommendations from anyone who may have experience with working dogs and rehabilitation programs that focus on strength, flexibility & stamina in a balanced way.
