Encoded Beings explores the evolving relationship between humanity and technology, focusing on the rise of AI and its impact in recent years. The film seeks to challenge the notion of AI as autonomous intelligence, emphasizing its role as reactive entity, shaped and guided by human hand. Inspired on Norbert Wiener’s “The Human Use of Human Beings: Cybernetics and Society” vision of technology as a tool to enhance creativity and skills, the film aims to provoke reflection on how humanity and technology can work together to foster growth and innovation. Finally sharing some highlights from our screening, “Encoded Beings”, and exhibition a few weeks ago. This project came to life by wanting to explore the synergy between human and machine by mixing reality with the digital world. Throughout the film the character also changes and becomes more constructed as they are also evolving while manipulating the digital reality. Thanks to all the beings who came to support.
