Everyone needs friendsā¦
Someone once told me that your relationship with man is a reflection of your relationship with God. When I started to see Jesus as my friend and treat Him as a friend, my friendships began to flourish. It was because I began to understand the truth about friendship through the lens of God & thus began to know how to steward my friendships in truth and in love.
* Know that Jesus laid down His life for us ā His friends. (John 15:13)
* Know that Heās made known to us the secrets of the Father; we can know all things. (John 15:15)
* We have a friend who can sympathize with our weakness; a God who is able to aid us even more in our weakness. (Hebrews 4:15; 2 Corinthians 12:9)

What does the branch want more than the stem can give it? Just like a branch gets all its needs from the stem, what more could we want when weāre connected to the ultimate source ā Jesus?
