To neglect your strength training is to do yourself a disservice. Being strong means being independent, being independent allows you to feel powerful, confident and safe at any age. If you enjoy other forms of training more, that’s still great and you should definitely continue to move your body in whichever way you’re most inclined! But some form of resistance training should be an absolute non-negotiable in your routine.
Most people don’t fail fat loss because they’re lazy.
They fail because they’re stuck in the same cycle Aaron was:
➡️ Strict during the week
➡️ Overdo it on weekends
➡️ Start again Monday
That cycle keeps you stuck.
Aaron didn’t need more discipline.
