This week on my podcast @theperfectpairpod , I opened up about my weight loss journey. It’s been slow, but so worth it. Still, I won’t lie, sharing before and after pictures makes me feel nervous and exposed, especially since nobody remembers me being this big 🙈
There are 3 years and 16kg between these two photos.
In that time, I’ve lost weight, gained it back, built new habits, and let go of old ones. It hasn’t been a straight road, but it’s been real.
