60 hours, one day on the water… and the best kingfish session of my life.
Strike Mission 1 delivered in Whitianga, NZ—big fish, a weather window, and an epic crew!
Big thanks to
@churchyschartersnz for putting us on the fish,
@desolvesupplyco for kitting me up with gear that handled everything we threw at it, and vibe master Bryn from
@joint_ventures_nz for bringing the pie and good times. 🍻
Next stop for
@fishodan : Mexico for giant yellowfin tuna, roosterfish, and Day of the Dead.
Where else should we take Strike Missions??

• Live around reefs, rocky headlands, offshore pinnacles, and deep drop-offs
• Feed on squid, mackerel, trevally, garfish, and other baitfish
• Renowned for their speed, stamina, and brute strength, making them a bucket-list catch for anglers
• Also known globally as yellowtail amberjack or southern yellowtail
