In this journey of life, I never imagined we’d be doing life side by side. It’s been a longgggg time coming, and I just want to say thank you for believing in me, for always showing up, and for pushing my dreams and vision with me to life .

Last week, I had the opportunity to photograph my cousin. For me, it wasn’t just another image like the many I’ve captured over the years. This was someone very dear to my heart. We had planned several photoshoots in the past that never worked out, so this moment felt even more special.
It wasn’t just about taking pictures; it was about preserving a beautiful chapter of her life. Every shot was filled with love, joy, and genuine emotion. Being behind the lens while capturing someone so close to me made the experience even more meaningful.
Moments like this remind me that photography is more than just images, it’s about telling stories and preserving memories that will last a lifetime.

The other day, I got a call.
“Hey AB, are you in town?”
“Yes.”
“Great! My mum’s birthday is on Saturday. We’d love to take some photographs of her, but it has to be very early in the morning because she has an appointment.”
I said, “Okay, cool.”
It was short notice and I’m not a fan of that. My policy clearly states that image delivery takes one week. That timeline allows us to work without rushing and give you the best possible results. But sometimes, for the right relationship, rules can bend.
One of the most special moments from this shoot was discovering her beautiful grey hair. I couldn’t end the session without capturing it. it was graceful, powerful, and full of story.
I’m grateful we were able to create these beautiful images for her 65th birthday, and I already look forward to her 70th.
