Another camp done with @_a.hatim this time in collaboration with @heathsidekitchen who have worked with me to help translate the science to the plate.
This has been a huge asset to us as a team & as you can see, Ahmed has been eating mouth watering food all the way up to weigh in day.
A fight week cut with low carbohydrates, high protein & high fat foods taking centre stage.
With smart reductions in sodium in some of the meals to help with reducing water retention.
Another smooth fight week taken care of.
