Alexa and I traveled to Honolulu for our honeymoon, and came back last week. 6 of 7 days we were bumming on the beach, and one day we drove around most of the island which was beautiful. I have plenty of other photos to share, and I couldn't record everything because we were on a very well deserved vacation β€οΈ here's some moments from our trip. Rounding out a year of marriage next month too, this was a real treat for the two of us. Thank you everyone ππ«
We got married on October 22nd, 2022 at the Stamford Nature Center and it was perfect. Superior thank you to Mary Ella Jourdak for her photography services. Fly her wherever you are because it's worth every penny. #wedding2022 #justmarried #itwasperfect #whoisalejandragarabedian #whoisseanandrewpyle #whoiszeus #stamford #fallwedding #perfectfallday ππππποΈπππ§Ίπ
Cheers to the first half of the 20's, and here's to knowing that there is literally no way of knowing what comes next. For your visual enjoyment, I present a scan from 2017 that I worked on today. All of this thought and reflection of the past is something of a Vonnegut brain itch. Just without the rain.
The commute to and from work is persistently different for everyone, everyday, at any given time. It's just some of those in between moments where you are waiting in limbo, you have time to think, prepare, disassociate, relax. It's a mental recess while in transit, which can act as a blessing or torture, sometimes both. With that said it's only an intermission, we have countless of these moments of fleeting anticipation and patience, an ebb and flow of our timelines that fill those seemingly empty moments. They are easiest to ignore, because they aren't the final destination.
I spent like six hours in Toronto with my wife and the in-laws, we had a brief walking tour of the downtown area, checked out the Blue Jays stadium and went out for a nice lunch. It was pretty quiet for the downtown experience, and it seems like a really nice city. We also went up the CN Tower, which honestly is a very cool experience even if you're like me and you are shook being in high places (the elevator floor is glass π°). Here is a cropped photo of the Tower and all of its...Toronterrificness π
Timing is everything. Not really much else to say about it, you're either there when you need to be there or that moment is gone. I remember this was one of the last couple shots on the roll, and because it's not digital I could only wonder... did I actually get the frame I wanted? Yes. Yes I did. ποΈ #KodakGold I think, I can look if you need to know Β―β \β _β (β γβ )β _β /β Β―
August 2024; A family enjoys the baseball game at Citi Field. I remember this being a perfect summer afternoon to watch the Mets play. The game ended up tied at the bottom of the ninth inning and everyone was on the edge of their seats with the home team up at bat. Jesse Winker, traded to the team less than a month prior, is at bat and makes contact with the ball on a full count sending it right past the wall for a walk off home run to win the game. This was Jesse's first home run for the Mets, the stadium erupted over the epic last minute win, not a single seated fan to be found. I know that family went home happy, after all, who wouldn't be happy after a perfect day of baseball? @mets@jesse_winker
