一直想做的是有靈魂的、不僅止於美感的主視覺，因為這是我認為在這個資訊爆炸時代下，不容易消逝的東西。
東門盃也以此為精神出發，大部分時間與主理人小安兩個腦袋一直不斷碰撞、激盪想法，即使我們在兩種角色上各有堅持。很享受這個過程，從事多年設計到現在，這是我覺得難以被工具快速產出，身而為人的能量。
第四屆東門盃主題是 Jump force，畫面營造出穿梭在宇宙的引力與跳躍感，象徵被舞蹈的吸引與可能性。也有諧音「forth」第四屆之意義。視覺語彙也圍繞著電玩復古感，發想自早期同名遊戲，回應到東門盃除了街舞比賽，也集結各式各樣的攤販與遊玩體驗。
活動來到第四個年頭，第一屆的規模已跟現在截然不同，我也透過東門盃的設計開啟了許多對話，用這樣的方式與大家互動很有趣。

What I’ve always wanted to create is work with soul, something that goes beyond pure aesthetics because in the period of information overload, I believe that’s what endures the longest.
The theme of the 4th Gate’All Style Party Battle is Jump Force. The visuals evoke a sense of gravitational pull and leaping through the universe, conveying the magnetic appeal and boundless possibilities of dance. The name also carries a homophonic nod to “forth,” referencing the fourth edition of the event. The visual language draws on retro gaming aesthetics, inspired by the early video game of the same name, a callback to Gate’All Style Party Battle being more than just a street dance competition, but a gathering that brings together all kinds of vendors and games as well.

以手部動態出發，重複地編譜出如機械幫浦般的建築律動。Delta 是三角洲，在希臘文中是變化的意思。韻律即使隨意被中斷，卻仍徜徉在同一道洪流中；就像往三角洲猛奔的大河一樣，不停地分支和匯集，在規則中紊亂地竄逃。
和攝影師Masahiko一起討論出的鏡頭設計，也隨著每次的排練素材延伸出更多想像，最終以地景的頻繁切換深化了動作設計和音樂的線性進程以及視覺上的物件滯留感，卻也不完全服務音樂與動作形式。回應了作品初衷，鏡頭意識彷彿也在作品中分支和匯集。
第一次執導一部多人作品，帶著興奮、不安、疑惑和好奇就衝下去了。謝謝翼麟和大可答應我的邀約，在籌備初期很早就鎖定名單了，感謝你們的信任。當天的工作夥伴們，塔塔、BK、Mev、Lila，也是一口答應的投入這次計畫，有你們太罩，讓一切順利圓滿。小小的製作聚集了這麼多欣賞的創作者，真是太帥了。
Starting with the intricate dynamics of the hands, this piece weaves a repetitive, architectural rhythm reminiscent of a mechanical pump. Delta—symbolizing change in Greek—reflects a current that remains unified even when interrupted. Like a great river surging toward a delta, the movement constantly branches out and converges, an organized chaos escaping within a set of rules.
Through collaborative lens design with cinematographer Masahiko, our vision evolved with every rehearsal. The frequent switching of landscapes deepens the linear progression of movement and music, creating a sense of "visual lingering." Ultimately, the camera does not merely serve the music or the dance; instead, it echoes the core concept—the cinematic consciousness itself branching and converging within the work.

《聲長》by 儒儒博妃 Behind the scenes
那天看完他們作品影片後，決定找在城市去回應這首歌，像在面對現實與長大過程的呢喃，有趣的是場景剛好一去一回的箭頭，光線一明一暗將畫面切分左右，舞者一個姊姊一個妹妹，一個在結構中學習自由，一個在自由裡尋找自我。這些環境的魅力與這個作品恰巧有著有趣的同頻。
「你覺得長大是什麼聲音？」
透過鏡頭觀察，可以感覺得到她們來自同個家庭卻有著不同的個性與自身著重之處。感覺得到他們的長大的聲音，也許是一曲抑揚頓挫。在舞蹈科班的生活環境中長大，過著相對來說更高強度的訓練與要求，然而我們都在不同的成長背景之上面對各自的課題，掙扎、迷惘與學習。
這次的點雖然算是熱門取景處，但他魅力依舊，仔細觀察，就會有一些只有我或只有你知道的有趣的角落。
拍攝有趣在於觀察環境與主體的關係，觀察被拍攝者與動作之間的關係，時而目光回到自己，與我自己的關係。比起能不能迎合世界的節奏洪流，更重視為什麼要做、你有什麼故事，我們來用鏡頭聊聊，來激盪與認識。
舞者的身體顯示他們自己，肢體顯示舞蹈著重之處，肌肉線條顯示時間淬煉，再讓這個身體與環境交織出畫面。我們都是這些創作的轉譯者，與各式各樣的人喚起不同的共鳴，開啟一些對話，這些都是能細細品嚐的過程。
