Sammy Dee has been a figurehead of Berlin’s dance music scene for longer than many of us dancers have been alive. His party “…GET PERLONIZED!” hosted at the infamous Panorama Bar (Berghain) has been one of Europe’s most prestigious parties since it launched in 2011. A selector with one of the deepest minimal techno and experimental house bags out there, we welcome him for an unforgettable night in the Garden City. Legend has it that he has played more at Panorama Bar than any other DJ. He was there at the start of techno in Berlin. Planet. E-Werk. Ostgut. Tresor. He’s been around the globe. Now, he’s here. “Run it back?” At the last party, there was a moment where everything synched - music, energy, lighting, and crowd. I paused and couldn’t believe it. I muttered a small “wow” with a huge smile as a shudder passed through me. Time didn’t slow but that feeling was imprinted in my psyche. On October 11th, we are joined by @__quilt___ ‘s Malek and Trakstar with special guest The Mole @themoleok - a masterful DJ and producer with obscure, internationally recognized selection. If this is your introduction to The Mole, he’s worth a gander online, for we cannot do him justice here. This crew repeatedly puts down a great party. We have to be conscious of not getting stuck in “upping the ante” - this isn’t sustainable or necessarily good. We have the chance to experience scene growth, bars raised, grooves found, experiments conducted, crafts honed, and love had. Come be a part of the journey.

Two of Victoria’s newest parties are joining forces in the garden city. If you’ve been to @r_u_s_h_party basement sessions throughout the summer or @__quilt___ ’s popups, truly know that this won’t be one to miss. We mean it. “@r_u_s_h_party is the brainchild of club loading alumni Josh Franklin, a celebration of underground sounds hosted in a defunct nightclub turned DIY haven. Some of the best bookings Victoria has seen since the @club_loading days have been held within these walls. Sweaty, dark, sexy, and empowering, Rush is proof that proper dance music always has a home on the Island.” “@__quilt___ is a collaboration of three friends, malek, trakstar, & dual citizen, inspired from years of dancing in underground spaces on the west coast and beyond. Their love of underground dance music is matched with a passion for design and a disdain for the mainstream. A mix of digital and vinyl, house and techno, heavy and ethereal, @__quilt___ is a passion project that showcases the talent of many of Victoria’s most hopeful 20-somethings.” Quilt hosted Rush’s’ favourite party of the year. They took over an abandoned hotel basement and put down. One night, simple, space for discovery, masterful track selection, dedication to craft and ample lounge space made an unforgettable, sweaty dance session.
