Noah - Hold Fast Styling Paste Light Hold · Matte Finish · Flexible Control A soft, creamy styling paste that delivers light, flexible hold with a clean matte finish, Hold Fast is designed for control without stiffness. It spreads easily, works cleanly through the hair, and sets with natural texture and grip so hair looks considered, not overly styled. Tyson Kennedy and I worked with Brendon’s and the Noah to develop and manufacture. Made in Brooklyn. Grab it at Noah stores, Cutler salons, and online at noahny.com

Tyson Kennedy and I worked closely with Brendon and the Noah team to develop Hold Fast. It’s a hair styling paste and we built together, and it’s out now. This was something we were involved in from early development, to over a year of testing and finally through to manufacturing it in Brooklyn. A lot of work went into it across both sides to take it from idea to something physical and finished. It’s out in the wild now, which feels good. Snag one at the Noah Stores, Cutler Salons or online at noahny.com

My first NTS mix is up in the archives, guest spot on @amandasiegel_ show Crossed Wires. Two hours, ran straight through. Appreciate everyone who’s been listening and passing it around. Link in the bio if you haven’t tapped in yet.

New mix up on NTS. This one is a guest spot on @amandasiegel_ Crossed Wires, (which is one of my favorite shows on there, all killer, no filler) This one also got featured on the NTS Picks page. Link in bio to listen…dig it.

I worked with Nicky on visuals for the latest @bandofnothing tour. Felt good to be part of it. Nicky and I have worked together enough at this point that there’s a kind of unspoken rhythm to it, we just figure things out as we go and it ends up where it needs to. Nothing has a new record out too. It landed at the right time as I've been on the move a lot lately and had it on repeat. It’s bleak in a way that feels honest but not dressed up. Lives somewhere between weight and restraint and without trying to resolve either. Reminds me a lot of this quote “Lucidity is the wound closest to the sun.”

These aren’t the best photos, they were taken in 2018 in haste. Not much left to see anyway, but the story of the place is pretty sticks with you. In 1981, six kids in the tiny village of Medjugorje said they saw a woman on a hillside. Calm, bright, and completely real to them. They believed it was the Virgin Mary. What’s unsettling is that the visions didn’t stop. Day after day, they kept happening even as the world around them changed. Ten years later, during the Bosnian War, people were still reporting the apparitions. Messages of peace coming from a place surrounded by violence. Even now, they talk about secrets that are meant to be revealed someday, though no one knows when. The Church has never fully confirmed it (nor denied it), but people still go, drawn by the feeling that whatever started here hasn’t really ended.
