Kernow Experimental Sound Network and Boulderdash take over @fally_events Jam + Draw for a one-off night of experimental sound, collaborative drawing, and DIY creativity.
Expect lots of synths, microphones, contact mics, and other unconventional jam-instruments to play about with as we build immersive soundscapes together. Drawings become instruments through contact mics attached to canvasses, transforming marks and textures into live sound.
The evening will also feature a zine workshop and zine swap hosted by @noahfrearillustration - bring your own zines to trade or make something new on the night.

Plood is physically based in Falmouth Cornwall, however they are mentally based in the rocks and dreams of us all. Often their music is a joyous celebration of dance and the silliness of life.
A non-binary person in both gender and genre; some people will know Plood from their late night intense boogie music, however others will know Plood from their introspective meditation music.
The project comes to Cardiff for the first time following the realise of their EP PLOOD MUSIC VOL:1 on the 24th of April - a collection of ambient songs that have been created through meditative recording practices which centre upon ancient Cornish landmarks, capturing dreamstates and the creatures that dwell within.

Pam Rose Cott
Pam Rose Cott is a performance artist based in Cardiff - a vocalist combining experimental sound, writing and performance. One of the founding members of ‘Pasta Now’, a collective of women, trans and non-binary people delving into experimental sound.
Another Grassfed Tuesday rolling around, headlining is Play.VXN bringing atmospheric post-screamo; dark, heavy and completely ruthless sounds to the stage. Emerging slots filled by the sonic might of stoner-doom, Tøker and solo electronic, noise drone project Jowl.
