Ponytail unfolds as an inquiry into forms and signals of concentration, one where the gesture of tightening long hair turns into a declaration of focus, introspection, and coded girlhood. Drawing from hinted archetypes circulating around the internet and intimate storytelling, Ponytail shapes a space where readiness meets softness.
The exhibition will be open on Saturdays, or by appointment.

𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘵 is a collaborative project by interdisciplinary artists meii soh and federica nicastro (fen). Together, they intersect the somatic and writing through text, performance, and broadcasting. the project delves into emotional enclosures, interferences, and glitching matter, as means for storytelling–one that conveys affect, and interrogates narratives of otherness and inwardness.
backseat is a research duo composed by meii soh & federica nicastro (fen) focused on the intersection of sound, performance, and broadcasting. This workshop will open the duo’s research on the car’s backseat as a space of sonic enclosure and dissociation, to reflect on personal and shared experiences through secret-sharing, frictions, desires, confessions, and the prismatic textures of both softness and power. By delving into personal digital archives and co-writing methodologies the workshop invites one to decentralizing authorship, collective introspection and co-fabulation.

backseat ist eine Recherchekollaboration von meii soh & federica nicastro (fen), die sich mit der Schnittstelle zwischen Sound, Performance und Broadcasting beschäftigt. Dieser Workshop eröffnet die Forschungsarbeit des Duos zur Rückbank (backseat) als Raum der akustischen Abschirmung und Dissoziation, um persönliche und gemeinsame Erfahrungen durch das Teilen von Geheimnissen, Spannungen, Sehnsüchten, Geständnissen und den prismatischen Texturen von Weichheit und Macht zu reflektieren. Durch die Auseinandersetzung mit persönlichen digitalen Archiven und gemeinsamen Schreibmethoden lädt der Workshop dazu ein, Autor*innenenschaft zu dezentralisieren, kollektive Selbstreflexion zu betreiben und gemeinsam Geschichten zu erfinden.

amidst furries’ company, in these past three months - while softly landing in a new place - softness has revealed as a promise, a material attraction, or beyond, something that lies within relations, love, tenderness, rest, surrender, gravity, passivity, exhaustion.
