Yesterday I filmed with BBC & today my interview was aired. I also had a radio interview this morning - It was an incredible experience sharing my story & spreading awareness. I’m so grateful for all the support and kind messages I’ve received. This journey has been challenging but I’m proud of how far I’ve come in such a short space of time! 🫶🏾

I gave a speech at the Empowering Mothers event — something I never thought I’d have the strength to do. I’ve always been an introvert, terrified of public speaking… but pain has pushed me to speak, to share, to raise awareness.
This day was beautiful. A room full of mothers, all carrying their own battles, many sharing their stories with raw honesty. I left feeling so seen, so connected, and so proud to be a mum.
We really are something special. Even when we’re breaking, we still rise. Big Up @chantalbrown_@mumpreneurlife for such a amazing event. ❤️
