I’m so proud to be part of #MakeBlackMothersVisible this Black Maternal Mental Health Week. We filmed a short film that came out amazing, and to now see my face on a billboard and featured on ITV News is such a powerful moment. As Black mothers, our voices, our struggles, and our strength deserve to be seen and heard — always. ✊🏾 Thank you @themotherhoodgroup for allowing me to share my story! ❤️

Still feeling so grateful after speaking at the Motherhood Black Maternal Health - 10 Year Conference 🤍 @themotherhoodgroup @sandeeigwe - Thank you so much for having me and giving me the space to share my story. It was such a powerful day filled with strength, honesty, and connection. Being in a room with so many incredible women, all passionate about change in maternal health, was truly inspiring. Moments like this remind me why I keep going — turning pain into purpose and using my voice to advocate, educate, and raise awareness. Thank you again for such a beautiful, empowering event ✨ @themotherhoodgroup

Yesterday I filmed with BBC & today my interview was aired. I also had a radio interview this morning - It was an incredible experience sharing my story & spreading awareness. I’m so grateful for all the support and kind messages I’ve received. This journey has been challenging but I’m proud of how far I’ve come in such a short space of time! 🫶🏾

HONESTLY HER 💞💞 Episode 22 🩷 Joining me on the sofa today is @__deeshh . Quad amputee, mum and sepsis survivor. In this conversation we talk about her journey, motherhood after amputation and navigating life after everything changed. We also get into the negativity she’s recently experienced on social media, and how she’s handled it with strength, honesty and resilience. This one is powerful. Guys, as you can see from the screenshots, she wasn’t willing to apologise or take any accountability for what she said to me. So why apologise now? To save face? Because you was told to by trnd centrl? Respectfully, you can keep the apology. ✌🏾 #CancelCookie

Ms Cookie Ldn I Gave You Chance To Apologise For Your Distasteful Comments & Content About My Disability But You Refused! Imagine coming for someone who survived sepsis and lost limbs. Shows exactly what type of evil person you are. 🤬

I gave a speech at the Empowering Mothers event — something I never thought I’d have the strength to do. I’ve always been an introvert, terrified of public speaking… but pain has pushed me to speak, to share, to raise awareness. This day was beautiful. A room full of mothers, all carrying their own battles, many sharing their stories with raw honesty. I left feeling so seen, so connected, and so proud to be a mum. We really are something special. Even when we’re breaking, we still rise. Big Up @chantalbrown_ @mumpreneurlife for such a amazing event. ❤️
